Ambrose Kibuuka S. Mukiibi is the Team Leader at Career Streams and a specialist in Human Performance Systems—the art and science of bringing out the best in people.
With over 20 years of experience, Ambrose has worked extensively as a trainer, consultant, and researcher, supporting organizations, institutions, and leaders to think differently, align their efforts, and operate at higher levels of performance. His work spans leadership development, organizational transformation, strategic planning, curriculum design, and youth and career development.
He has led and contributed to over 100 consultancy assignments across a wide range of clients, including government institutions, universities, international development agencies, private sector organizations, and civil society. His approach combines deep insight, practical experience, and a facilitative style that turns engagements into meaningful learning experiences.

At his core, Ambrose’s work is driven by a simple mission: helping individuals and organizations discover their potential and become the best they can be—by facilitating clear thinking and meaningful learning.
Andrew Ssenyonjo is an Associate Consultant at Career Streams, specializing in organizational development, curriculum design, and career strategy.
With a strong background in training design and delivery, Andrew has spent over seven years working with both nonprofit and private sector organizations to develop practical learning experiences that improve performance and service delivery. His work focuses on helping individuals and teams understand how organizations function and how to contribute more effectively within them.
He is the author of You Are Not Just an Employee and the creator of the Jobpreneurship training—a 46-hour program that reframes how individuals approach employment by treating their roles with an entrepreneurial mindset. Through this work, he has trained professionals across sectors, helping them move from passive participation to active value creation.
Andrew also brings strong expertise in data-driven program design and evaluation. He has designed assessment tools, led data collection and analysis processes, and supported organizations in translating insights into practical improvements.
His work is grounded in a simple but powerful idea: better thinking leads to better work. He is particularly passionate about helping individuals and organizations move from effort to effectiveness by aligning mindset, skill, and execution.
At Career Streams, we understand a simple truth: clients don’t buy consulting. They buy results. You bring a real challenge. You expect clarity, direction, and outcomes you can act on—and fully own. That is exactly how we work.
When we work with you:
Our goal is not to stay forever. It is to help you get to a place where things work better—with or without us.
Career Streams brings together a network of consultants, thinkers, and researchers with diverse expertise in organizational and leadership development, higher education transformation, and individual career development.
We take on the responsibility of:
We carry the risk of selecting and deploying the right people—so you don’t have to. You engage one trusted platform, but access a depth of thinking and experience behind it.
We keep the relationship simple and transparent:
If you need further support, we continue the conversation. If you don’t, the work still stands.
Some of the work we do—such as frameworks, tools, courses, or systems—can continue to create value long after the engagement ends. When that happens, we handle it with clarity and respect for your position.
If there is any element that may evolve beyond the immediate engagement, we agree on it before we begin. There are no surprises later. You know exactly what you are getting.
Example: If we are designing a leadership training program for your team, we agree early on whether it is a one-time internal program, something you may want to run repeatedly across your organization, or something that may later be adapted into a broader course.
You decide how the output will be used within your organization. We structure the engagement around your preference.
Example: For a training or internal tool, you may choose full ownership (your team runs it independently), shared support (your team runs it with occasional input from us), or ongoing partnership (we continue supporting delivery or improvement).
What you pay for is what you fully receive and can use. We do not later return and claim rights, fees, or restrictions on how you use it internally. It is yours to implement and build on.
Example: If we help you develop a performance management framework, an internal training manual, or a strategy document—it belongs to you.
You are not locked into future decisions. If one year later you decide to expand the training to new teams, digitize a course we helped you create, or refine a system based on new challenges—you are free to do it internally, or come back to us for support.
We step in only when you choose—not by obligation.
In Simple Terms: We agree clearly. You stay in control. The value continues—on your terms.
